330 g butter
3 pcs egg yolks
60 g powdered sugar
150 g grated almonds
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch lemon zest

We let the finished dough rest in the refrigerator for a while and then shape it into crescent rolls. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until lightly golden. After baking, we immediately coat in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
