ladyfingers
rum
coconut (or nuts, colored decorations)
Recipe steps
Two colors of pralines: Place pieces of candied fruit into paper molds and alternately pour melted milk and white chocolate over them. Finally, we can sprinkle with crushed nuts. After they harden, we remove the cups.
In a bowl, mix Nutella with butter and stir well to ensure that the Nutella hardens properly later. Divide the ladyfingers and create small peaks on each using a piping bag. Let them harden and finally dip them in melted chocolate.
Cut the soy sticks into slices, drizzle with melted chocolate, and decorate with candied fruit.
Melt a larger amount of chocolate. Then add chopped almonds or other nuts and from this mixture, shape spoonfuls into lumps, which we place on baking paper. Let them harden properly.
In a bowl, mix ladyfingers with a small amount of rum to create a thicker mixture. Then gradually fill this mixture into paper cups and pour melted chocolate over it. Once the mixture hardens, we do not remove the cups.
To prepare rum balls, mix butter, Dutch cocoa, powdered sugar, and crushed ladyfingers in a bowl. Flavor with rum. If the mixture is too thin, add more ladyfingers; if it is too thick, dilute it with rum. Shape the prepared dough into balls, which we coat in coconut, nuts, or colorful decorations.
