Ingredients (what you need)
100 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 vanilla pudding
100 g semolina flour
100 g oat flakes (ground)
1/2 baking powder
a bit of butter from Brazil nuts
Recipe steps
We mix the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and beat it into a smooth foam. Then we gradually add the eggs and continue beating. Next, we fold in the flour with baking powder, vanilla pudding, and oats. We mix everything thoroughly and finally add the grated dark chocolate.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, we create small balls from the dough using a teaspoon. (we place them further apart because they will spread during baking due to the butter)
We bake at 200 °C in a convection oven for about 10 minutes.
