Soft Christmas Gingerbread Cookies

We will prepare all the ingredients on the board, where we will make the dough by properly kneading them.
Ingredients (what you need)
25 g butter
1 tablespoon cocoa
125 g powdered sugar
2 pcs eggs
1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
50 g honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
325 g plain flour
glaze 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pcs egg white
100 g powdered sugar
Recipe steps
We dust the surface with flour and roll out the dough into a sheet from which we cut out our chosen shapes.
We place them on a baking tray, which we then put in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake until the desired color is reached.
As soon as we take them out, we immediately brush them with beaten egg.
While the gingerbread cools, we prepare the icing from sifted powdered sugar, lemon juice, and egg white, which we whip together.
We decorate the gingerbread to our liking and let it rest.
