Recipe steps

First, we will grind the biscuits. Then we mix all the ingredients for the dough, which we let rest until the next day.

We prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients and whisking them thoroughly. Then we shape small balls, coat them in powdered sugar, and fill the molds for wasp nests. In the center, we make a small indentation, into which we place the filling and add a biscuit. We then turn the wasp nest out.

We store the finished wasp nests in a cool place.
