Ingredients (what you need)
300 g of turkey breast slices
salt
1 tablespoon of mustard
Filling
1 tablespoon of butter
2 eggs
salt
ground black pepper
1 cup of frozen vegetable mix Mochovanka
a piece of red bell pepper
For the sauce
2 cm slice of butter
1 onion
50 g of carrot
60 g of celery
1 tablespoon of full-fat mustard
1 bouillon cube
1/4 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
350-400 ml of full-fat milk
Recipe steps
First, we prepare the filling. In a tablespoon of butter, we sauté more melted and seasoned eggs. We add frozen vegetables to the finished mixture.
We thoroughly pound the meat, salt it, and then spread mustard on it. On two-thirds of the meat, we apply the filling and add strips of bell pepper. We then roll the roulade and secure it with thread.
We grate the celery and carrot coarsely. We sauté finely chopped onion, which we have peeled, in a pressure cooker until it becomes glassy.
In the pot, we add the grated vegetables, sauté them, then insert the roulade and pour in hot water (about 300 ml). We add mustard, chopped bell pepper, and broth. We close the pot and let it stew for about 30 minutes until soft.
We remove the soft roulade, take off the thread, and slice it. We blend the vegetables with the juice using an immersion blender and thicken it with a mixture of flour and cold milk. We can add more salt if needed.
We cut the roulade into thicker pieces, place it on a plate, add dumplings, sauce, and serve.
