Ingredients (what you need)
500 g ground meat
spices for ground meat
280 g tomato puree (2 packages)
1 gingerbread for grating
1 larger onion
approximately 800 ml broth
1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
grilling spices (to taste)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For seasoning
vinegar
sugar
salt
Recipe steps
In a bowl, combine the ground meat with the seasoning meant for ground meat. From this mixture, form about 20-25 small balls.
In a pot, add oil and sauté the peeled and finely chopped onion until golden. Then add the meatballs.
Brown them on all sides. Then add sweet paprika, cinnamon, and a little barbecue spice.
Stir, then add tomato paste and pour in the broth. Cook for approximately 25 to 35 minutes.
First, start thickening by grating gingerbread on a coarse grater and gradually mixing it into the sauce until the desired thickness is reached.
Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to taste.
Serve with dumplings.
