Recipe for a very good sweet and sour dill sauce.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 glass dill
600 ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons plain flour
400 ml cream
100 g butter
500 ml water
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vinegar

Recipe steps

Fresh dill is rinsed and chopped. In melted butter, we sprinkle in flour and sauté. While constantly stirring, we pour in warm water, milk, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Then we add the dill and simmer again. We add sugar, vinegar, salt, and finally pour in cream. We bring it to a boil and remove it from the heat.

We serve the dill sauce with boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs.
