spaghetti
3 heavy cream 30%
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or more)
200 g Edam cheese 30%
1 triangle of processed cheese
salt
ground pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Recipe steps
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Pour two creams into a pot and mix the third cream with plain flour. Then pour this mixture into the pot, stir everything well, and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, grate the Edam cheese or another cheese to taste. Once the cream is hot, add the processed cheese and mix well. Then add the grated cheese and stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese completely melts.
Season to taste with salt, lightly pepper, and add oregano and thyme. We can serve it with the pasta.
