Bolognese ragout

What to cook for lunch? Great Bolognese ragù.
Ingredients (what you need)
salt
50 g butter
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 pc celery
quality bacon
1/4 kg ground pork
1 pc kitchen onion
3/4 l tomato juice
1 jar dry red wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 jar milk
a few basil leaves
black pepper - ground
1/4 l beef broth
1/4 kg ground beef
1 pc carrot
Recipe steps
The cooking time is longer, but the taste and aroma will enchant us.
Peel the vegetables (onion, celery, carrot).
And blend them in a mixer.
Transfer all the meat to a bowl. On a cutting board, chop a piece of quality bacon and work it into the meat.
Pour olive oil into a pot. Add a piece of butter.
Add and sauté the blended vegetables.
Add the meat with the bacon.
After a while, season with red wine. Let it simmer. Drizzle with beef broth. Pour in the tomato juice. Add the cans of chopped tomatoes.
Add salt. Cook for about 120 minutes.
Stir occasionally and add more beef broth as needed.
Once the ragout is cooked, toss in a few basil leaves. Drizzle with a little milk. Stir and season more if necessary.
Serve with your favorite quality pasta.
