Excellent Bolognese spaghetti

Excellent dinner or lunch. Bolognese spaghetti never disappoints.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 pc kitchen onion
grated cheese (parmesan, Edam, etc.)
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves quality garlic
2 teaspoons spices (for spaghetti)
oregano, basil
1 can tomatoes - canned
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch salt
a pinch black pepper - ground
500 g minced meat - pork
3 teaspoons sweet paprika - ground
500 g spaghetti
Recipe steps
On a cutting board, we chop garlic and onion. We sauté them in olive oil. We mix in ground pork and spices. We tear a few leaves of oregano and cook everything.
Towards the end, we add canned tomatoes. We taste it. Add salt and pepper to taste. We sprinkle in spaghetti seasoning and sweeten it.
Now we boil the spaghetti. Once done, we mix the spaghetti with the Bologna sauce.
We serve it sprinkled with cheese (Parmesan, Edam, etc.). I add a few leaves of basil on top. Enjoy your meal.
