Pork slices in beer

Thin slices of pork are pounded and salted.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 dl beer
butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pcs carrot
5 tablespoons mustard
salt
allspice
1 cup ketchup
3 pcs onion
300 g pork slices
1 clove garlic
bay leaf

Recipe steps

Peel the garlic, crush half of it, and mix it with the mustard. In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup with the soy sauce and beer. Cut the carrot, the remaining garlic, and the onion into rings.

Take a baking dish, grease it with butter, and layer it with onion, garlic, and carrot, then sprinkle with spices. Coat the meat with the mixture of mustard and garlic and place it on top of the vegetables. Lastly, pour the ketchup mixture over it.

Place it in the oven at 180°C. After 20 minutes, stir the meat with the vegetables. In about 50 minutes (depending on the toughness of the meat), it will be ready.

Serve preferably with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
