salt
black pepper - ground
vegetables as a side dish (e.g. bell pepper - red)
3 crushed cloves quality garlic
3 tablespoons oil, e.g. canola oil
1 piece Gyros seasoning
1 teaspoon potato starch Solamyl
4 - 6 slices meat - pork
5 tablespoons ketchup
Recipe steps
In the store, we choose some nice pork and cut it into thin strips on a cutting board. We transfer it to a large bowl. We add potato starch (1 teaspoon).
In a smaller bowl, we pour in Gyros spice, which will give the meat the right flavor. We add ketchup. We season with pepper. We drizzle a little oil. And finally, we mix in crushed, high-quality garlic.
We incorporate this mixture into the meat. We cover it with foil. The meat will now rest to allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
In a pan, we pour in a little oil. We thoroughly fry the strips and serve them, for example, with roasted potatoes with rosemary (rice, fries). Choose a vegetable garnish according to your preference.
You can make a dip or homemade tartar sauce to go with it, salt the meat, and enjoy.
