Snow pastry from MT

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a thick mixture forms. Place baking paper on a microwave-safe plate. Shape the dough into balls about 2 cm in diameter.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 egg white
300 g powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of Solamyl
1/2 teaspoon of white wine vinegar (I used lemon juice)
1 whipped cream
fruit
chocolate
Recipe steps
We thoroughly mix all the ingredients to create a thick mixture. We place baking paper on a plate that can be used in the microwave.
From the dough, we shape balls with a diameter of approximately 2 cm. We place a maximum of three on the plate, as they will expand significantly. We bake them at full power for 1.5 minutes and then let them cook for another five minutes in the oven.
We always connect two meringue discs with whipped cream and some fruit. We can add chocolate as a decoration on top.
