Sausage in broccoli batter

200 g of soft salami (ham, Junior - into 4 slices about 0.5 cm thick)
1 egg
100 ml of milk
100 g of broccoli
30-50 g of Niva or Eidam cheese
50 g of all-purpose flour (I used 2 tbsp)
1 small clove of garlic
salt
ground pepper
oil for frying
Recipe steps
We mix the eggs with milk and flour, add crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
We finely chop the broccoli (I grated it), and cut the cheese into pieces or grate it.
We combine the broccoli and cheese with the batter. We dip the salami in the batter and fry it in hot oil.
We serve it with potatoes. The original recipe was for chicken schnitzels coated in broccoli batter. The recipe called for 300 g of chicken breast.
