Camembert in puff pastry

We will divide the rolled puff pastry into two parts. We cut the Camembert cheese in half. On the bottom part of the cheese, we place two slices of ham, then add chopped leek and cover it with the top part of the cheese.

2 Camemberts
4 slices of Black Forest ham
chopped leek
egg for brushing
Recipe steps
Divide the puff pastry into two halves. Cut the camembert in half.
On the bottom part of the camembert, place two slices of ham, then add the sliced leek and cover with the top part of the cheese.
Place the camembert filled with the mixture onto the puff pastry and wrap it in.
Brush with beaten egg and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
