2 chicken thighs
300 g offal (gizzards and hearts)
2 carrots
2 parsnips
1 smaller celery
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Recipe steps
Slowly cook chicken thighs in approximately 2 liters of water along with one carrot, one parsley root, half a celery root, spices, and salt.
Strain the soup. Remove the fat that has risen from the broth.
Remove the skin from the meat and cut it into small pieces. Also, chop the giblets.
Thicken the soup with flour mixed with a small amount of water and boil it briefly. Then add the cooked vegetables and blend everything until smooth.
Add the chopped second carrot, parsley, and half of the celery to the soup.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes, then add the chopped meat and giblets.
