3 potatoes
3 larger pickling cucumbers (or 1 salad cucumber)
2.5 dl milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 handful of marjoram leaves (or dill)
white pepper
salt
Recipe steps
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil them in water with added salt.
When the potatoes are half cooked, add milk mixed with flour and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Add the beaten egg to the mixture and cook for one more minute while constantly stirring. Then remove the soup from the heat.
Add finely grated cucumbers, leaves of marjoram or dill, and season with white pepper. If necessary, add more salt and serve.
