Garlic soup, which we all know well.

Ingredients (what you need)

4 pcs potatoes
1 pc onion
1 - 2 cloves garlic
1 cube beef bouillon
ground black pepper
salt
crushed caraway
marjoram

for garnish
cheese
bread croutons

Recipe steps

We clean the onion, garlic, and chop them finely. We peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

In a pot, we heat the lard, in which we sauté the onion, add the garlic, briefly fry, and pour in hot water. Then we add the potatoes, a bouillon cube, crushed caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. We cook the garlic soup until the potatoes are tender.

At the end, we add marjoram. For a stronger garlic flavor, we can add another 3 cloves of crushed garlic.

We pour the hot garlic soup into bowls, sprinkle with toasted bread cubes and grated cheese.
