1 gently curled apple
1 l broth
1 larger potato (or two)
1 smaller celery
1 onion
1 - 2 nuts of butter
0.5 dl cream
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of chili powder
salt
ground pepper

1 sprig of dill
Recipe steps
First, I will bring the broth to a boil. Meanwhile, I will sauté the onion in butter. I will add finely grated celery, sauté it, and then add everything to the broth.
I will add diced potatoes and simmer them with spices.
In butter, I will sauté the peeled and sliced apple into wedges. I will lightly sprinkle them with sugar. As soon as the apple starts to soften, I will add them to the soup. I will simmer for a while and then remove from heat.
I will add cream, stir, and heat it up. I will serve with puff pastry pastries, which I will just cut and bake on a baking sheet, without filling.
