Bacon soup with broccoli

In melted butter, we sauté diced bacon together with sliced carrots, and after a while, we add chopped garlic. Finally, we sprinkle everything with flour.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 broccoli
100 g bacon
1 medium carrot
1 tablespoon butter
30 g all-purpose flour (about 2 teaspoons)
1-2 cloves of garlic
about 1 l broth
salt
ground pepper
For finishing
about 100 g bacon
Niva cheese or Paladin 50%, to taste
Recipe steps
In hot butter, sauté the diced bacon, to which we add sliced carrots and finally chopped garlic.
Then we sprinkle everything with flour, lightly roast it in the pan for a short time, add the separated broccoli, pour in the broth (about 3/4 liter), season with salt and pepper, and boil until the broccoli softens.
We crush the broccoli in the soup with a masher into smaller pieces (not to a smooth consistency) and, if necessary, dilute the soup to the desired consistency.
In a pan, roast the diced or sliced bacon until golden. Cheese can either be grated or cut into cubes.
We divide the soup into plates, garnish it with the fried bacon, and those who are interested can also add cheese. Young broccoli leaves can also be used for decoration.
