2 tablespoons of butter
1 kg Hokkaido pumpkin
5 small potatoes
1.5 liters of broth (or water and 2 vegetable bouillon cubes)
salt
ground pepper
crushed cumin
chili sauce
250 ml of milk
parsley for garnish
Recipe steps
First, we remove the seeds from the pumpkin and peel the potatoes. In butter, we sauté the diced pumpkin with the potatoes, season with spices and salt, add water, toss in the bouillon cubes, and cook until soft.
Once the mixture is smooth, we turn off the stove, add the milk, and thoroughly blend everything with an immersion blender.
To taste, we add chili sauce and simmer for a short while longer.
