In oil, sauté finely chopped onion, add paprika, season with salt, then add the meat and mix well. Finally, add water and mushrooms.

4 tablespoons of oil
2 onions
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
salt
250 g of ground beef
10 g of dried mushrooms
2 large potatoes
1/4 cube of broth
1 egg
parsley or chives

Recipe steps

In oil, sauté finely chopped onion, then stir in paprika, season with salt, add meat, mix, pour in water, add mushrooms, and cook for about half an hour.

Then add cleaned and peeled potatoes and cook until soft.

Season the soup with bouillon, gently adjust it with a whisked egg, and finally garnish with parsley or chives.
