750 g broccoli
10 g butter
1.5 l broth
1 clove garlic
100 ml heavy cream
salt
ground pepper

Recipe steps
We remove the leaves from the broccoli, wash it, and cut it into small pieces, peeling the stems and slicing them.
We sauté the chopped garlic in hot fat along with the sliced stems.
We add the broth and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
We add the broccoli florets to the dish and cook them for 10 minutes. Afterwards, we blend the broccoli and broth.
While continuously stirring, we pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
