Celestine noodles

We will prepare flour, eggs, salt, and milk. From these, we will mix a batter.

60 g plain flour
125 ml milk
1 pcs egg
Recipe steps
In a pan, heat the oil and pour in the batter, making thin pancakes this way.
After frying these pancakes, we cut them into thin strips or roll the pancakes up, then cut them into spirals, and we can fry them for a little while just like the ones cut flat.
The noodles are then used in soups.
