1 handful of white beans
50 g smoked
1 carrot
50 g celery
50 g leek
25 g butter
1 tablespoon plain flour
250 ml vegetable broth
1 bay leaf
1 potato
150 g groats
40 ml heavy cream

Recipe steps
Soak the beans in water and leave them in the refrigerator overnight. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes about one centimeter in size. Clean the carrot and celery, and also cut them into cubes. Slice the leek into rings about half a centimeter thick.
In a pan, melt the butter, then add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, sauté for another 2 minutes, and then pour in the broth. Add the smoked meat, soaked beans, and bay leaf.
