Italian Minestrone soup

Finely chop the peeled potatoes, celery, carrots, zucchini, onion, and garlic, and then add tomatoes and green beans.
Ingredients (what you need)
100 g zucchini
50 ml olive oil
60 g butter
80 g spaghetti
100 g parmesan rind
100 g green beans
60 g bacon
2 pcs celery
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bunch fresh basil
100 g tomato
3 pcs onion
2 pcs potato
3 cloves garlic
2 pcs carrot
1.5 l vegetable broth
for garnish grated parmesan
to taste pepper
salt
Recipe steps
In a larger pot, melt butter and oil. Then, sauté finely chopped bacon for about 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. Then add potatoes, carrots, and celery, and sauté for another 3 minutes while stirring. Next, add green beans and sauté for a few more minutes. Add zucchini and follow the same process. Cover the pot and let it simmer.
After about 20 minutes, add broth, tomato paste, and tomatoes, basil, and the Parmesan rind. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about half an hour on low heat. Remove the soup from the heat and take out the Parmesan rind.
Then break spaghetti into it and let it cook in the soup for about 10 minutes.
Serve the minestrone soup in bowls, garnished with grated Parmesan.
