Authentic Italian tiramisu

We take the separated egg yolks and whisk them with sugar into a foam, to which we then fold in the mascarpone. On the side, we whip sweet cream and mix it with the already prepared mixture.
Ingredients (what you need)
1-2 packages ladyfingers
4 tablespoons rum or amaretto (to taste)
1 package mascarpone
100 g powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
3 pcs egg yolks
for decoration bitter cocoa
as needed sweetened espresso
Recipe steps
The bottom of a rectangular dish is gently spread with our cream. We take ladyfingers and quickly dip them one by one (to prevent them from getting soggy) into strong cooled coffee mixed with rum or amaretto. Then we spread a layer of cream on top. We repeat the process once more. Finally, we sprinkle cocoa on top of the cream.
We place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 3 hours to set, then we can serve it sliced.
