At every celebration, a cake should not be missing. And a cake covered in fondant, that's a beauty!

Ingredients (what you need)

food coloring
50 g quality honey
5 g gelatin
30 g water
500 g sifted powdered sugar

Recipe steps

First, we soak the gelatin in water and we will come back to it later.

We prepare a large pot, add water to it, and add quality honey (or we can use glucose). We gently warm it, but do not boil.

Now we need to completely dissolve the gelatin and then add it to the large pot with honey (glucose).

We achieve this by placing the gelatin in warm water and once dissolved, adding it to the pot.

Finally, we sprinkle in the prepared powdered sugar.

We thoroughly mix all the ingredients.

We consider whether we want to color the mixture and prepare food coloring (gel color).

We take a silicone or wooden countertop and lightly dust it with powdered sugar. We add the mixture and knead it.

It takes a little while, but in the end, the mixture should not stick.

If we want, we can color it with food coloring and incorporate it.

We store it in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic wrap. Then, using a rolling pin, we apply it to the cake. Enjoy your meal.
