French pear tart

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Gradually fold in the flour mixed with baking powder. Add the oil, milk, and whisk everything together.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 pinch salt
1 packet baking powder
3 tablespoons oil
150 g all-purpose flour
1 dl milk
2 pcs eggs
100 g sugar
4 pcs pear
80 g butter
1 packet cinnamon sugar
1 pc egg
Recipe steps
We peel the pears, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly. We grease the cake pan and pour in half of the batter, then place the pears on top. We cover with the remaining batter.
We then place it in a preheated oven at 180°C to bake for half an hour.
While the cake is baking, we prepare the topping. In a small pot, we melt the butter and add the cinnamon sugar and eggs. We heat and stir everything thoroughly.
After removing the cake from the oven, we poke it with a skewer in several places and pour the topping over it. We then put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
The cake can be served immediately, but it can also be eaten cold.
