Carrot cake

3 eggs
300 g powdered sugar
300 g all-purpose flour
400 g carrots
150 ml oil
100 ml water
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar

fat for greasing the pan

Recipe steps
Grease a baking tray with a higher edge and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Start preheating the oven to 175 °C in advance.
Whisk the eggs with both types of sugar, then add the oil, water, flour mixed with baking powder, lemon zest, and finally the finely grated carrot. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour the batter onto the baking tray and place it in the oven.
Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your experience with your oven. Check for doneness using a toothpick; if it comes out dry after being inserted into the baked good, it is done.
