Pumpkin pie

Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
150 g all-purpose flour
90 g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons cold water
Filling
400 g pumpkin
2 apples
sugar (to taste)
juice of 1 lemon
zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Additionally
50 g almonds
fat for greasing the pan
coarse flour for dusting the pan
Recipe steps
Peel the pumpkin and apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into pieces.
Lightly pour in some water, steam, add sugar, lemon zest and juice, cinnamon as needed, and cook until it reaches a thicker consistency.
Prepare the dough from flour, butter, salt, baking powder, and about three tablespoons of cold water.
Dust the greased pie dish with flour. Then fill it with the prepared dough and add the pumpkin puree.
Cover the surface with blanched and peeled almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. To check if the pie is done, insert a skewer into the dough; if it comes out dry, the pie is baked.
