Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
300 g all-purpose flour
180 g granulated sugar
250 ml milk
4 tablespoons oil
1 baking powder
2 eggs
Fruit
300-400 g apricots
Crumb topping
40-50 g granulated sugar
80 g coarse flour
50 g butter
Additionally, we need
butter (for greasing the baking tray)
coarse flour (for dusting the baking tray)
Recipe steps
Thoroughly mix the eggs, milk, oil, and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.
Gradually add the flour mixture and stir until the dough comes together. It should have a liquid consistency.
Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet, or spread it evenly to ensure a uniform layer across the surface.
Wash and pit the apricots, cut them into quarters, and arrange them on the dough.
Prepare the crumble by cutting the softened butter into pieces and mixing it by hand with the flour and sugar.
Sprinkle the finished crumble over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
Once it has cooled, you can sprinkle it with sugar.
