Cottage cheese pie with blackberries

Blackberry pie is wonderfully moist and soft thanks to the cottage cheese in the dough. If we dust the blackberries with flour or coat them before placing them on the dough...
Ingredients (what you need)
125 g softened butter
125 g sugar
2 eggs
250 g soft cottage cheese
1 packet of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of lukewarm milk
zest of 1/2 lemon
170 g all-purpose flour
1/2 packet of baking powder
150 g blackberries (can be frozen)
Recipe steps
We mix the butter with sugar and gradually incorporate the egg yolks into the mixture, one at a time.
We add the quark, vanilla sugar, grated lemon zest, and milk to the mixture, and then carefully stir it.
In another bowl, we mix the sifted flour with baking powder, add it to the previous mixture, and blend thoroughly.
We whip the egg whites to a stiff peak and gently fold them into the batter.
We place the batter into a 23 cm diameter mold that we have greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. We distribute the blackberries on the batter, which we dusted with a small amount of flour to prevent them from sinking during baking.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
We sprinkle powdered sugar over the cooled cake.
