Ingredients (what you need)
180 g cooking chocolate (minimum 55% cocoa)
180 g butter
3 pcs eggs
180 g white granulated sugar (or 90 g white granulated sugar and 90 g brown sugar)
70 g white wheat flour
40 g Dutch cocoa
Recipe steps
As the first step, preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Cut the butter into larger chunks and break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl. Let them melt either in the microwave or on the stove.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a large bowl until a beautiful fluffy foam forms. Add the melted butter and chocolate to it and mix well.
Finally, sift the flour and Dutch cocoa into the bowl and mix thoroughly once more. Pour the finished batter into the baking pan.
Bake the brownies in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
