Ingredients (what you need)
dough
4 pcs eggs
200 g all-purpose flour
200 g granulated sugar
4 tablespoons hot water
cream
250 g butter (Zlatá Haná)
650 ml milk
250 g soft cheese
2 pcs vanilla pudding powder
4 pcs canned peaches
for decoration
1 pcs whipped cream
grated chocolate
filling 1 pcs whipping cream stabilizer
as needed flour for dusting
lard for greasing
Recipe steps
We whisk the eggs with sugar, hot water, and gradually add flour. We grease a baking tray with fat and sprinkle it with coarse flour. We bake at 200 °C for 10 - 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, we cook a thick pudding from milk, sugar, and puddings. In a bowl, we whip the butter, add the cheese, vanilla sugar, and gradually add the pudding. Finally, we fold in diced peaches.
We spread the prepared mixture on the cooled sponge cake. On top of the sponge, we add whipped cream with a stabilizer and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Chilled pudding slices with peach can be served.
