Ingredients (what you need)
1 pack of baby biscuits
2 cottage cheeses
1 whipped cream
1 gelatin for 0.5 l
vanilla sugar
powdered sugar (to taste)
juice of 1 lemon
fruit juice (or syrup or fruit powder)
fruit (according to taste and availability)
Recipe steps
We will combine the cottage cheese with whipped cream and flavor it with vanilla and powdered sugar. Next, we add lemon juice.
Into the cottage cheese mixture, we add fruit cut into pieces and mix well.
In a smaller cake mold, we layer baby biscuits, which we gently drizzle with fruit juice (it can also be syrup or powdered juice, such as Tang). We pour a layer of the cottage cheese mixture with fruit over the biscuits, cover it again with more biscuits, and pour the mixture over them again.
Finally, we spread jelly mixed with fruit juice over the cake and put it in the refrigerator to set. After it cools, we decorate it with whipped cream.
