We separate the yolks from the whites of the beaten eggs, from which we whip up the egg whites.

Ingredients (what you need)

1/2 package baking powder
3 pcs eggs
440 ml all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
375 ml milk
8 tablespoons oil
for decoration whipped cream
powdered sugar
for spreading chocolate cream
fruit jam

Recipe steps

In a bowl, we mix flour with sugar, salt, and baking powder. Then we beat in milk, oil, and yolks. We mix this until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Then we fold in the prepared egg white foam and put it into the waffle maker to bake. When we take them out, we spread them with jam and decorate with whipped cream. They can be served simply dusted with powdered sugar.
