Soft Honey Gingerbread Cookies

Recipe for very good honey gingerbread cookies that are soft right after baking.
Ingredients (what you need)
400 g plain flour
2 pcs eggs
2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
140 g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons honey
100 g baking fat
1 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe steps
We cream the sugar with 2 eggs and softened fat, then we add honey and spices. To this mixture, we fold in the flour with baking soda. We must not add more honey, or the gingerbread will be hard! We work the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
We roll out the dough to a thicker layer and cut out various shapes, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
We bake the honey gingerbread in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 8 minutes.
Soft honey gingerbread can be used on occasions such as Christmas, Easter, or beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day.
