Favorite bundt cake for weekend afternoons.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 glasses flour - semi-coarse
1 glass milk - semi-skimmed
3 pcs whole eggs
1 glass oil - e.g. rapeseed
powdered sugar - for finishing
1 packet baking powder
flour - semi-coarse
real butter
1 glass powdered sugar
Recipe steps
We will preheat the oven.
In a bowl, we put baking powder. Add flour. Crack in the eggs. Add sugar. Pour in milk. Add oil. Mix with a hand mixer.
Take a bundt pan, for example a silicone one. Grease it with a piece of fat. Then sprinkle a little flour.
Pour the batter into the pan and put it in the oven to bake.
The baking time is approximately around sixty minutes at 180°C. Check and respect your own oven. Test with a toothpick to see if it’s done.
Prepare a platter and turn out the bundt cake. Use a sugar bowl and you can serve.
