We sift the flour, mix it with baking powder, add the nuts and sugar. We stir. Now we combine the milk with the eggs and oil into these ingredients. From this, we work out a smooth dough.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 cup ground nuts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 package baking powder
3 pcs eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
butter
3/4 cup sugar
for decoration powdered sugar

Recipe steps

We pour into a greased bundt cake pan. We place it in a preheated oven at 180°C. We bake for about half an hour, and to check if it’s done, we test it with a skewer or see if batter sticks to it.

Once done, we remove it from the pan onto a plate, where we can cut it right away. We sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.
