Fluted cake with candied fruit

Let's bake a bundt cake a little differently.
Ingredients (what you need)
lemon zest
lemon juice
1 packet baking powder
2 dl semi-skimmed milk
2 pcs eggs
140 g powdered sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
1 - 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
125 g fresh butter
300 g flour - medium ground
Recipe steps
We will whip the egg whites into stiff peaks. Set aside.
We take a bundt cake pan. Grease it with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs.
Preheat the oven.
Prepare the mixer.
In a bowl, combine both sugars with the butter.
Add the baking powder and two-thirds of the flour.
Squeeze in lemon juice and pour in the milk. Mix thoroughly.
Add the egg yolks. For fragrance, add a little lemon zest. Now add some candied fruit. (raisins will do as well)
Gradually fold in the egg whites and one third of the flour.
If you want a two-tone bundt cake, take about half of the batter and mix it with cocoa.
Spoon the dark and light batter into the pan in a zigzag pattern and place it in the oven. The baking time is approximately forty minutes. Respect your own oven's characteristics. Check with a toothpick to see if it's done.
After baking, turn it out and place it on a platter. Dust with sugar and serve.
