2-3 teaspoons Amaretto (Italian liqueur)
1-2 packages ladyfingers - pastry
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 pcs egg
1 larger cup coffee - instant

Recipe steps
We take a whisk and beat the egg whites. We set the resulting meringue aside. In a larger bowl, we mix the egg yolks, sugar, and add the mascarpone (Italian cheese). We gently fold. Finally, we gradually add the meringue, lifting it lightly.
We prepare instant coffee. We add 2-3 teaspoons of Italian liqueur Amaretto to it.
We prepare a smaller baking dish, cake pan, or bowl.
Now we quickly and gently dip the ladyfingers in the instant coffee. We layer them at the bottom of the chosen bowl or pan. We cover with the prepared cream and layer the ladyfingers again. We repeat. Finally, we spread the cream on top and decorate the surface with cocoa. We store it in the fridge for a few hours and look forward to a great dessert.
