Tiramisu with mascarpone

This is a recipe for authentic tiramisu with mascarpone.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 packages long ladyfingers
250 g mascarpone
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 pcs eggs
to taste strong black coffee
1 package vanilla sugar
1 cup whipping cream
for decoration Dutch cocoa
alcohol
Recipe steps
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Then add the mascarpone and beat by hand into a smooth cream.
Whip the cream with vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Add the whipped cream and the egg whites to the yolk mixture, and gently fold into a cream.
In a mold, arrange the ladyfingers, which we dip in black coffee mixed with rum. Then spread the cream over the ladyfingers. We can dust with cocoa. Make another layer of ladyfingers and again spread the remaining cream. Thoroughly dust with cocoa.
Let the tiramisu with mascarpone rest in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Then we can serve.
