A great dessert for a celebration or afternoon snack.

Ingredients (what you need)

2 pcs whipping cream
2 pcs spreadable butter
200 g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons rum
2 packages baby biscuits
1 large cup black coffee

Recipe steps

Let's get started. We will brew some black coffee. We'll add rum once the coffee is no longer hot.

Prepare a larger bowl or cake pan. We can place baking paper at the bottom.

Now we have two options for the method. You can either layer the ladyfingers at the bottom and pour the coffee mixed with rum over them, or you can lightly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee with rum and then layer them at the bottom. It's up to you.

Now we will whip the cream with powdered sugar. Then we will gradually mix in the spreadable butter. We will stir all the ingredients together with a whisk to combine them nicely.

So we have soaked (in coffee with rum) ladyfingers laid out at the bottom of the pan. We spread whipped cream on top of them. Then we layer more soaked ladyfingers and then cream again. We repeat this. In the end, there will be cream, which we will decorate with cocoa. We can use different stencils to achieve a perfect final effect. On top, we will place a leaf of lemon balm.

We will chill it for a few hours and then we can serve.
