300 g semi-coarse flour

150 g granulated sugar
375 g butter
100 g cooking chocolate
Recipe steps
Dough:
Whisk the egg yolks with hot water, add sugar, and whisk until frothy. Then gradually fold in the sifted flour and stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm diameter cake pan, and pour a portion of the batter into a smaller saucepan, which we will use as the top part. Bake in a preheated oven. Once the cakes have cooled, cut them into three layers. Spread strawberry jam on two of them and cream on one. Then cover the top and sides with the remaining cream and decorate as you like.
Cream:
Whisk the eggs with sugar over steam until frothy. Mix the soft butter with the cooled chocolate and gradually add the cooled egg foam.
