Two-color bundt cake

Excellent bundt cake that anyone can make.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 pcs eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 glass oil
1 cup warm water
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
to taste
coconut
nuts
raisins
as needed flour for dusting
for decoration powdered sugar
fat for greasing
Recipe steps
We crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. We mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add three yolks, a glass of oil, and a cup of warm water. We stir everything together. We gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter. To taste, we can add raisins, nuts, or coconut.
We pour about 2/3 of the batter into a greased and floured mold. To the remaining third of the batter, we add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, mix it, and pour it over the light batter in the mold.
We place the cake in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 150 - 160 °C. Then we increase the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 20 - 30 minutes. We check with a skewer to see if the cake is done inside.
We turn out the golden-brown cake, dust it with powdered sugar, and it is ready to serve.
