We crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. We whisk the yolks with sugar, then we whip the cream and gradually fold it into the yolks.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 tablespoon eggnog
2 tablespoons canned mandarins
2 pcs egg yolk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
10 g sugar
for decoration 2 pcs canned mandarins
1 tablespoon eggnog

Recipe steps

Take a chilled glass from the refrigerator for the dessert, into which we will place the drained mandarins, which we will pour over with cognac and our egg yolk mixture. We then decorate the top with a mandarin and lightly drizzle with eggnog.

We can serve it immediately this way. For consumption, we use a spoon with a straw.
