Excellent wedding pastries

Ingredients (what you need)

70 g yeast
4 pcs egg yolk
800 g flour - all-purpose
250 g butter
250 g 100% fat
half a teaspoon salt
1/4 l milk
30 g granulated sugar
for coating
500 g powdered sugar
100 g vanilla sugar
for brushing
0.25 l rum
250 g butter
filling
to taste (quark, poppy seeds, various jams)
Recipe steps
We will prepare a mug and put yeast in it, then add sugar. We will pour in lightly warmed milk, stir, and set aside to rise.
We will cut the butter and fat and place them on a prepared silicone mat. We will add the desired amount of flour and add the egg yolks. We will salt it. We will add the risen sourdough. We will knead the dough thoroughly. We will take out a rolling pin and roll out the dough on the silicone mat. We will cut it into squares, for example.
We will preheat the oven to 180 °C.
We will fill with the prepared filling. (quark, poppy seeds, various jams)
We will roll up the pastries and place them closely together on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We will put them in the oven. The baking time is approximately 20 minutes.
We will mix butter, rum, and properly brush the finished pastries. Then the pastries will rest for a while, followed by being coated in powdered and vanilla sugar.
