Recipe steps
Ice cream can be made a few days in advance. We'll have it readily available, for example, for the upcoming party.
We'll prepare a suitable bowl for the freezer.
In the garden, we'll pick some fragrant mint leaves and wash them. We'll break the chocolate bars into pieces.
In a pot, we'll pour in the sugar and add whole milk. We'll boil it for a moment. We'll add the chocolate pieces. We'll sprinkle in the cocoa. We'll stir it. We'll let the mixed and smooth mixture stand at room temperature.
In a whipping bowl, we'll pour in the cream and whip it using a mixer.
We'll gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled mixture and incorporate it.
We'll transfer it to the bowl and set it in the freezer for a few hours.
Every sixty minutes, we'll stir the ice cream again.
After about four hours, the ice cream is sufficiently firm.
We'll scoop it into cups, add some fragrant mint leaves, and enjoy the delicious ice cream.
As a bonus, we'll stick a chocolate stick into the ice cream.
